Magnetic Stop Gate

Magnetic stop gate that installs and works with no special tools mounting brackets or mechanisms. This self contained unit easily magnetically mounts to the normal stop gate bracket on most any lift. By utilizing magnets acting upon the actuating arm this helps prevent wind events from causing faults that aren't caused by actual skiers. The nature of the magnets also creates the proper resistance for the actuator arm (less resistance as displacement increases) which yields better results from the gate. All the electronics are enclosed and included, and it all plugs in with a simple common plug.
Hubbell Reinforcement Plate

Reinforcement plate for
Hubbell pin and sleeve connectors made of heavy duty galvanized 3/16” steel.
This plate is sized so after a few simple modifications of the original plastic
connector it slips over the top and bolts over the plastic flange, reinforcing
the flange to help prevent breakage as well as allowing for cracked ones to be
reused (if allowed by safety code in the jurisdiction installed). Tapped holes
allow for simply bolting it on without having to worry about nuts and washers
on the front side.
Pneumatic Brake

Obtain more consistent stopping distances over any temperature and condition variation while eliminating the headaches involved with a hydraulic brake by replacing your hydraulic actuator. This system provides easier maintenance, better response, better control and more reliable operation. It can be adapted to many different lift manufactures and in most cases is a simple change out operation. The original equipment can even stay in place if desired.

Our self centering Riblet replacement sheave, offers the benefits of
the Riblet two piece design with the added benefit of requiring no
centering between the two halves. Both halves are precisely machined
to fit perfectly together so that lining up the bolt holes is the only
process necessary to match both together.
